Author Brad Thor and Library Director Nancy Krei display Thor's most recent novel, The First Commandment, at an August 25, 2007 book signing event at Gordy's Boat House. The event was a fund-raiser for the Fontana Public Library.

The Fontana Public Library hosted a "Make-your-own-Bear funshop" on Wednesday, July 25, 2007. Participants made their own stuffed bears, named them and took them home.

Robert Reid shared his favorite stories, musical activities and a rap or two in a highly participative program for children of all ages on Tuesday, July 17, 2007.

Tyler Isham was the reader for the storytime program on Thursday, July 11. He brought with him a special guest, Marly, a King Charles spaniel.
